Our location and current operations limits our ability to show shipping times during the checkout process. A tracking number and an estimated shipping time will be created once our shipping agent receives and processes your shipment.

The following timeline of events will take place when ordering on our website:

1. Order is placed
2. Payment is confirmed
3. Order is picked and packed
4. Package is picked up by our shipping agent
5. It is then received and processed by the shipper
6. A tracking number is generated
7. Email notification sent

We use flat shipping rates. These are pre-set prices for express air freight deliveries around the globe. To find the shipping cost for your location; go to the Cart page, input your country, select your shipping option (number of watches) and a price will be shown for your country/location.

International Shipping – we ship with DHL Express. Prices for 1 to 4 watches are provided on the Cart page. We do not offer any other shipping options at this time.

Tanzania Shipping – currently we will only ship with DHL Tanzania. Prices for 1 to 4 watches are provided on the Cart page. We do not offer any other shipping options at this time.
