Refunds
Kifaru Dials does not offer refunds. Once the order is placed and the payment has been confirmed, all sales are final. If your product is defective, please see our Return policy below.
Correction needed for your Order
If during the:
- product selection,
- checkout process,
- account creation,
- shipping address,
- or any other process where you have provided or selected the wrong information.
Contact us via the Contact Us page, or email us at sales@kifarudials.com as soon as possible before your order is packed and shipped.
Returns
Kifaru Dials offers a 1-year manufacturers warranty that covers our customers against any manufacturing defects.
Returned products are eligible for either: a service to fix the issue, or an exchange of product of equal or lesser value. We will not refund your purchase(s) as per our Refund policy.
Kifaru Dials will cover the cost of the shipment to our facility.
Returned products will be inspected for cause of failure. Once the cause of failure has been determined, we will notify you of our decision. The 1-year manufacturers warranty does not cover any products that are found to have one of the following conditions:
- misuse,
- tampering,
- or alteration(s)
